This is a small, confidential, trauma-informed support group centered on presence, reflection, and shared experience.

WHAT THIS GROUP IS
Beyond Mommy Dearest is a facilitated support space for adult children who:

• Grew up managing a parent’s emotions

• Were gaslit, minimized, or emotionally neglected

• Carry grief, anger, or confusion about their mother relationship

• Are tired of explaining why it still hurts
   

This is a place to be witnessed, not analyzed.
WHAT THIS GROUP IS NOT

• Not therapy

• Not psychoeducation

• Not coaching or advice-giving

• Not problem-solving

• Not forgiveness-focused
   

You will never be asked to understand, excuse, or reconcile with harmful behavior.

WHO THIS IS FOR
This group is for adult children who:

• Are healing from narcissistic, emotionally immature, or unsafe maternal relationships

• Want support without being fixed

• Prefer small, contained, confidential spaces

• Need validation more than instruction
   

You do not need a diagnosis or label to belong here.
